1. Who we are

This website and the BASSAMXVIBES Prompt Vault are provided by Bassamxvibes ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products you are contracting with Bassamxvibes.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this site or continuing to use our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or products. You confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. The product

The Dark Club AI Music Prompt Vault is a downloadable digital file of original text prompt templates for AI music tools. Prompts are creative templates; results vary by music model, version and settings, and we do not guarantee any specific output, popularity or income.

4. Licence and restrictions

On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts in your own creative work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the prompt file itself, in whole or substantial part.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or products unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security (including malware, probing or scraping). You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI music platform you use, and for securing any commercial-use rights for content you create.

6. Intellectual property

Bassamxvibes retains ownership of the site, the prompt collection, documentation and branding. We are not affiliated with any third-party AI music platform.

7. Payments

Bassamxvibes is the seller of the product. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Checkout.com, which is not the Merchant of Record. Available payment methods depend on what is enabled for our account and on your card, bank, device and region. Prices are in USD and charged once; there is no subscription. Refunds and order support are handled by Bassamxvibes under our Refund Policy.

8. Service level and warranties

The site and downloads are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Changes and contact
